1. Choose the appropriate packaging box

2. Clean wine bottles
Before putting the wine bottle into the box, carefully inspect the surface of the bottle for stains or damage. If there is tartar or label on the wine bottle, soak it in hot water and a small amount of neutral detergent, and then wipe it clean.
3. Fill the box with filling material

4. Packaging whiskey bottles
Place the whiskey bottle vertically in the box and secure it with padding material. If there are multiple bottles, dividers should be placed between the different layers. Use padding material to fit snugly around the bottle and make sure there are no gaps or wobbles between the bottle and the box. This helps prevent wine bottles from bumping into each other and being damaged during transportation.
5. Close the packaging box
Place the lid on the box and wrap tape or string around the edge of the box to ensure the box is tight and the lid cannot open accidentally. Then, shake the box gently to make sure the bottle doesn’t move.
6. Attach shipping label
Label the top and sides of the box with “Fragile,” “Handle with Handle,” “Shipping with Care,” or similar labels so the shipping company can handle it properly.
